Almost all of your new neighbours have been living in the area for 30+ years and welcomed me in open warm arms. It's also close to almost everything you'll need; shopping, movies, groceries, foodie spots, nature, a beach, and accessible transportation. I really hope you enjoy the neighbourhood as much as I have.
