The property includes a shared driveway and parking area. Designated parking spaces are provided for guest use, while other areas are reserved for the main residence. Guests are asked to park only in the designated spaces to ensure clear access and a smooth experience for everyone.

The owner may be present in the main residence from time to time; however, guest accommodations remain private and fully separate.
