• Laundry is not available inside the suite. Starting mid-August 2026, shared laundry facilities in the basement will be available daily from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Access may be shared depending on occupancy of the basement suite.
• This is a two-unit property. The basement suite has a separate private entrance and independent living space, ensuring privacy for guests in the main-floor suite.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask for quiet hours between 10pm–7am and no parties or large gatherings. This home is best suited for families and respectful guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
