This whole experience was above 10! The property is perfect for a single or couple. The location is just off the beach. There is private parking on a dead end street right in front of the property. Avila beach is terrific, and the rental includes bicycles, with both beach an bike trails nearby. The property management team was superb. They were totally responsive and helpful. The owner was MOST accommodating to our schedule. We were attending a weekend celebration at a nearby property that we were able to simply walk to. This property is a GREAT deal. Enjoy your time here. I want to personally thank the owner and the property team.
The location is great, an easy walk to the ocean and restaurants. The reserved parking space is a thoughtful amenity. The studio is quite small, upon stepping inside the large bed greets you with many decorative pillows. To the immediate left is a large window with blinds, unfortunately there were several missing right at bed hight. My husband had to block that area with a t-shirt. We walked into the kitchenette to find a spider sitting in a web, a bit later I sat down on the bed and there was another spider in the bedroom hanging from a shelf. In the bathroom, a sharp screw came through from the outside on the right side of the sink and lastly, the front door has quite a gap at the bottom that let the cold air in at night. This place could be a charming
treasure, but needs some upkeep.
Great little bungalow. Located a block away from Front Street - beach, restaurants, etc.
Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. We really enjoyed our two night visit.
We found Avila Beach to be a quiet beach. Love, love that!
Although the back patio is quaint. A simple recommendation: sweeping the cobwebs would be a benefit to the vibe of the bungalow.
