Other local attractions include the Oceano Train Depot (1 mile) and the Monarch Butterfly Grove (2 miles). Golfers will appreciate being just 2 miles from the Pismo Beach Golf Course.

Drive 16 miles to San Luis Obispo to find upscale restaurants and wineries in the historic downtown district.

We had a great time. The location is steps from the beach and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We wanted some place without a lot of people and on the beach. This location was perfect. It was clean and communication was easy.

Ocean View is great. There is an old warehouse between your awesome private patio and the beach. All the parking was taken by tenants of the other units. Note that you CAN park in handicapped if you are a registered tenant. Home is wonderfully designed - no apparent common walls, and real privacy. High ceilings and a deli away from the busy street entrance to the State Park Vehicle Recreation Area. Lots of ATVs and trucks lined up outside the alley waiting to get in, but they'll let you through. Bring your own spatula, salt. pepper and anything beyond the few utensils provided. Wifi is fast, heating/cooling is iffy/confusing - perhaps because remote was missing. Major appliances appear brand new. The place was spotless, the bed comfortable. Check in check out was simple. We'd stay again.

Very nice, clean, modern, ocean sounds

The property is unassuming from the outside, but very clean, modern and cozy on the inside. Crack the windows for all day soothing ocean sounds and smell. The size of the interior space were perfect for just my spouse and I. The balcony space was awesome for catching some sun, or eating your meals. Unfortunately there is a business between the rental building and the beach, but not much of a complaint from me since a short 2 min walk gets you right up the the water. 2mi walk to Pismo on the beach (easy 45-55min each way). Or, 5min drive. Plenty of grocery and restaurants near by. Pretty quiet in the morning and evenings. Good sized fridge and freezer for all your foods. Nice stove and oven. Only complaint in kitchen is maybe a little light on utensils. Most necessities are there, but bring your own mixing bowls and any specific tools you feel necessary for your meal prep. In all, highly recommended space - and the check in/check out was painless. Will book with them again in the future.
