The home is professionally cleaned before every stay
We have two Queen beds plus a sofa bed.
In total our sleeping capacity is 6 adults.
We can provide additional mattresses if needed.


Other things to note
1. No parties are permitted
2. No unauthorized guests are permitted
3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($5000 smoking fee in effect).
4. Check-in 3.00 PM & Check out 11.00 AM (Self Check in)
5. Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancelation without refund.
6. If guests fail to checkout at 11 am (unless otherwise agreed upon), charges apply.
7. Over 6 guests their will be a charge of $50 per day for every additional guest.

Please note that the Main floor of the house and garage and backyard are not included in the listing.
8. Two Car Parking is available on the driveway for your convenience.

Please note we have a door bell camera monitoring the front door for safety reasons, actively recording 24/7. But no cameras inside the home.
