This warm and sunny cottage offers unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Weber BBQ, well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings and linens.
Downstairs accommodates the lounge, dining, kitchen, queen bedroom, bathroom and laundry - there's plenty of room. Upstairs is another 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double/single bunk bed and 2nd bathroom - perfect for both a family or couples getaway.
If you like to stretch out on the sofa and catch up on those Netflix movies, then this is the lounge for you! The 8 seater dining table also handy for dinner get togethers or board game fun time.
The kitchen has all you need including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, DeLonghi Coffee machine, (don't forget your favourite beans or grounds), air fryer, rice cooker, blender, toasted sandwich maker and more. There are basic condiments in the pantry - salt/pepper, oil, sauce and enough coffee, tea and sugar to get you started.
The family size Weber BBQ is available for your use or if eating out is on the menu there is a variety of different local cuisines just down the road. A short stroll from Nikau Cottage is "The Top Pub" which has both dining room and bar meals available. There is seating under the shade of the front deck and around the back is a lockable garage for your vehicle or special belongings, a carport and additional parking spot.
Add in a heat pump/air conditioner, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, portable cot/high chair for the little people and coziness throughout, this delightful holiday home has all the creature comforts of home.
