Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
No pool key so no use of resort pools as advertised. Called after we checked in and was assured they would get it to us by noon the next day but never heard a word from them about it. The toilet made loud high pitched noises in the middle of the night. They make you take the trash out and strip the sheets and put them in front of the washer. What are you paying for, to not have use of the facilities and do their work for them? Would not rent from them again.
