Thoughtfully designed with multiple living zones, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests while offering space to gather or retreat in comfort.

The layout includes four generous bedrooms plus a separate baby nursery, a central open‑plan lounge and dining area, and a separate rumpus room. In winter, the open fireplace becomes the heart of the home, creating a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the High Country or returning from Mt Buller, just 45 minutes away.
Designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and out, large sliding doors open to a covered alfresco terrace that runs the length of the home—perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, and long summer evenings. The chef’s kitchen, complete with butler’s pantry, connects effortlessly to the alfresco area via a convenient servery window.

The private, fully fenced backyard features a swimming pool, level manicured lawn and established hedging for privacy. A BBQ and outdoor dining setting complete the outdoor space, making it easy to enjoy casual meals and relaxed gatherings.

Light‑filled, comfortable and well appointed, Banksia House offers a refined base for alpine winters and long summer afternoons. With cafés and shops an easy walk away, it’s a superb High Country retreat in every season.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 penalty applies if smoking occurs inside.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
