Waste Management: Bins are located at the front of the garage. For hygiene and aesthetics, bins must be kept inside the designated area. 🗑️

You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community.
