Barefoot Paradise is a thoughtfully designed coastal home that offers the perfect balance of connection and space, giving groups plenty of room to gather while still providing separate areas for both adults and kids to relax and unwind. AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area is open and welcoming, featuring vaulted and beamed ceilings that enhance the sense of space. A large sectional and additional seating create a comfortable gathering area, while direct balcony access extends the living space outdoors. The oversized balcony is a standout feature, offering seating for 10 to 12 guests and creating the perfect setting for group meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations.

The kitchen is designed for both function and style, equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, a large island with seating for four, and a spacious pantry for extended stays. A wet bar with a beverage refrigerator adds convenience for entertaining, while the dining table seats eight comfortably for shared meals.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Barefoot Paradise offers three king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for adult guests. The third floor features a dedicated kids suite designed as its own hangout space, complete with a lounge area, three sets of bunk beds that offers three full beds, three twin beds, and separate “his and hers” restrooms. This layout allows kids to have their own space to relax and play while adults enjoy quieter areas of the home.

Barefoot Paradise is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
