IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Spirit of the Ocean is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Spirit of the Ocean the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Construction may occur in the community during standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Please contact our office for the most up to date information.

Access to Cinnamon Shore North amenities requires a short drive of approximately 1.5 miles from Cinnamon Shore South.
