Less than one minute walk to Campbells Bay surf beach, and a few minutes to the Kakanui River. A surfers sanctuary and fisherman's paradise. A big backyard with tree hut, trampoline, skate ramp, and we'll fenced for pets. Experience coastal living with ocean views.
