All amenities listed are available for guest use; however, on rare occasions they may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control (e.g., building maintenance, private event, owners corporation restrictions, or safety requirements). In such cases, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.
