4 cottages in one lot. Each cottage will have their own bbq and a dine in section in the front. 3 Bedrooms with queen beds, living room with 2 sofas. Full bathroom and kitchen. Beddings, linens, towels, toiletry, kitchenware, hand soap, dish soap, body wash will be provided. Less then 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 min drive to the grocery

Worked for my family of 6, all we needed was a place to eat and sleep. Basic accommodation with limited privacy but had all that we needed. Would do it again!

The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Open concept kitchen/living room/dining room - great for families! My only wish would be to have a second couch/loveseat. All appliances worked well, newly installed dishwasher functioned well. The private laundry in bathroom area was a bonus. Great proximity to the beach- 2 minute walk. Outdoor seating area/table/bbq with a gazebo for the rainy days. The interlocked area was nice as well - mosquitos were non existant.

It needs some repair. The patio umbrella was broken. Dishwasher was new apparently it was broken earlier. Cottage was clean linen was clean. Parking is not ideal. Very squished in just off the road. It is nice and close to the beach.

Place was perfect for our 5 night stay! Right near the beach and the outdoor area was perfect for having dinners! Floors were very dirty when we got there, lots of dust and debris (our feet were black). Dishwasher didn’t drain properly and white fan stopped working the second night. Overall it was good for us! Hospitality was perfect, making sure we had enough toilet paper and stuff. We had lovely neighbors while staying as well! Definitely would recommend staying here

The dishwasher was not working properly, isn’t draining. Oven didn’t seem to cook at proper temperature on the bake setting but was fine on convection bake. The air conditioner could use a good cleaning to work better. Quiet area and great location.

The location was perfect. Less then 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to downtown.Bedrooms were clean. They are lacking dressers in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, and there was no place to hang clothes except for a couple of hooks behind the doors. The washing machine does not work properly and has to be reset before the final spin cycle.The patio was perfect. There was only 1 dishcloth and 1 tea towel. Kitchen floor was sandy, bathroom tub & walls needed cleaning. Those cleaning issues should have been done before we got there, however they sent a cleaner around and those issues were looked after on the 3rd day. TV needed new batteries in the remote. They need to open up the cupboards and get rid of stuff that isn't necessary for a vacationer. Other than that, it was a good vacation and I enjoyed staying there. Will be back.

The place was in poor condition. Not at all like the pictures show. Floors were filthy. The dishwasher was smelly and full of dirty water. Host said he would send someone to look at it.. never did. The air conditioner was so dirty and clogged that it did not cool the unit. The sheets were full of sand before we used them. Behind the unit looked like a garbage dump. It was awful. The host was available for contact.. but did nothing about the dishwasher or air conditioner because he is located in Brampton. There was a loud, drunk neighbour that was swearing at our children for playing catch on the driveway. To top it off the police came to the door looking for the former tenant of our rental unit at midnight on Saturday night. Horrible stay I would not recommend this place to anyone with a family.
