THE APARTMENT: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and utensils (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans), service area with sink, combined living and dining room with table, chairs, sofa and TV, enclosed balcony with glass curtain and 2 suites with double bed (air conditioning). *It is mandatory to indicate that you will be bringing a pet to the property at the time of booking; there is a fixed fee to cover additional cleaning that we will do due to the presence of the animal. Many people are allergic to pet hair, so whenever we have a pet, we do a deeper cleaning to prevent hair from getting on the sofa and other areas of the apartment. Guest Access: Guests can use the pool and gym; the barbecue area is restricted to residents of the building only. Other Notes: Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation service for this property. It is important to indicate the exact number of guests who will be sleeping in the space (apartment); we will only allow entry to guests and pets whose names are correctly listed on the reservation made on the platform.
