Loved having the slip for our boat, it was just across the parking area and was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and the host was very good getting back to us on the broken umbrella, sent someone over with a new one, bbq worked great and entertainment (tv)s worked good , a little latency in the downstairs bedroom. condo location was very good with private beach right across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the gas fireplace it was a very lovely place to stay.

The amenities around the property has to be paid for. It wouldof been nice to know that when the property manager called me to confirm the reservation. For the price, beach access atleast shouldof included.
