The house was exactly as listed and more! It offers a wonderful location at a generous price. There’s plenty of room for a group of 4, as that was the size of our group! The host is beyond friendly and communicative. I whole heartedly would recommend staying at this home :)

Property was amazing. Everything was cozy and clean. Check in process was easy. I would easily give this place five stars, but it was very hot in the back room on the sunny days we were there making the air conditioner struggle to keep up during the afternoon heat, and there were so many ants!! We completely understand that is the price of being in Florida though.

We're so glad you enjoyed the home, found it cozy and clean, and had an easy check-in experience. We appreciate you sharing your feedback about the ants and the temperature in the back room. We've arranged for quarterly pest control service to help address the ant activity. The back room is a sunroom addition, and on especially sunny Florida afternoons it can become warmer than the rest of the home, so we'll encourage guests to keep the fans running for added comfort.
