Very pleased!

The property is somewhat remote, which is good. And, truly only about 4 minutes to drive to the exceptional Manasota State Park Beach. The host, Kathy, is very helpful and responsive!

Nicely decorated & comfortable place

Host was welcoming & available. Enjoyed our stay & liked having garage for our car. If you’re sensitive to scented products, be sure to ask host if she can launder towels & sheets using unscented products.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed the location/distance to my family who live in South Venice. The space was perfect for our family of 3. Had a garage to park inside if you wanted. The hosts were present at check in even though we got in late. They Communicated the water conditions at the beach when a rip current was in effect. Would be perfect for anyone there to visit the beach, they had all the beach necessities so you wouldn’t need to bring anything with you. Would definitely stay there again.
