Step into a cozy piece of history with our charming 1940s cabin, thoughtfully decorated with modern comforts while preserving its original character. *No AC as it stays cool at night and only 1 bathroom on the main level. Professionally decorated to reflect the era, this unique getaway offers a peaceful mountain escape. If you can’t walk up and down steps, this rental is not for you. 7 steps up to the entry door. Steep steps down into the basement. 1 full king bedroom and bathroom is on the First floor. Laundry room and two bedrooms in the basement-downstairs. Located on scenic Perry Park Road, known for its breathtaking views—popular with motorcycle and convertible enthusiasts from around the world! Motorcycle(s) trailers and horse trailers welcomed. We are not in a neighborhood! Located on our 107 acres next to Palmer Lake- Darling little hallmark town! Events are allowed with a separate contract signed and event fee! Otherwise, NO other people allowed beyond our max occupancy!
