The suite was exactly as expected- spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet residential area that is removed from main commercial areas. We did not have a car, but nearby free on-street parking seems ample. We relied on car services, buses and walking to get around - be aware that this location is remote from restaurants and primary areas of interest in Vancouver. If you have a car or don’t mind being away from the busier areas then this place is suitable. All suites in Vancouver require owner occupancy in the main house. As with all lower level suites, you can hear the occupants above but we only heard the usual normal sounds of family life - including piano practices. If you prefer the typical sound isolation of a hotel this may affect you, but we were not bothered at all. Beds are comfortable, suite is extremely clean. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.
