Beautiful 2-storey villa set in a peaceful and private tropical resort in the heart of Noosaville, overlooking Noosa River and foreshore. The resort complex offers three pools including a heated lagoon pool, spa's, tennis courts and BBQ facilities. Ideal location to be able to walk to Noosa River, cafe's and boutiques. Modern, fully equipped, self contained, airconditioned private Villa.



The Space:

The resort is located on the popular Gympie Terrace and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, boutiques, and shops. Only a short stroll to the shopping village which includes Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s & a pharmacy. Noosa Main Beach and National Park which offers magnificent walks are only a 10-minute bus or Uber ride away – no parking problems on Hastings Street. The Noosa Ferry also stops at The Boathouse, and can take you all the way to Hastings Street. A sunset ferry ride is a must at least once during your stay!



The resort is set in 4 acres of lush tropical gardens, features multiple solar-heated swimming pools, hot spas, saunas, tennis courts and games room.

You'll have the entire villa to yourself.

You are allocated one car space in the Resort's secure gate entry, covered car park.

Enjoy the many outdoor activities Noosa river offers – river cruises, boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, paddle-boarding, picnics, playgrounds, outdoor exercise equipment, or walks along the river with a glorious sunrise or sunset.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is perfectly located along the beautiful Noosa River. It's central to all the cafe's, restaurants, bars, beauty salons and shops along Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street. Noosa River is a drawcard with its river views, shady trees and grassy pathway where couples relax, families picnic as the kids have fun at the playgrounds or play in the sand on the safe river bank. It's also a short bus trip/ferry ride/uber to Hastings Street/Noosa Main Beach.



Getting Around:

The Resort is set on Gympie Terrace along Noosa River. A bus and ferry stop is within 100 metres, and Taxi's and Ubers are widely available.

One car space is provided for your exclusive use, but we suggest to leave it when heading into Noosa Heads as parking is limited.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.
