Lagoon Run 312 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a loft, located directly on Little Lagoon and just steps across the street from private beach access. Set up to accommodate up to 8 guests, it’s a great fit for families or groups who want both Gulf time and calm lagoon activities in one stay.

Living Area & Balcony
Inside, the condo features an open living layout with a bright coastal feel. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, TV, and direct access to a spacious private balcony overlooking the lagoon. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, evening meals, or simply watching the water throughout the day.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a Keurig, coffee maker, microwave, electric can opener, and full-size refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
