Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in the miscommunication from Bender Realty on the additional parking pass. I called the week prior to our arrival and was told that we had two parking passes. Upon check-in (after hours) we had only 1 parking pass. When calling the service line, we were told no one could help us. The unit had two parking spots (vertical - one in front of the other). When I called back, were were told we only had one parking pass (why have two slots then in the same parking place). We then had to purchase a 2nd parking pass. The air conditioning wasn't adequate to cool the unit.

We hope that you enjoyed your stay in this two bedroom condo with Lagoon and beach access. We regret any miscommunication concerning the vehicle passes. While there are two spaces for this unit, one pass is provided with the reservation, as shown on your reservation confirmation, and a second can be purchased as needed. Could it be that the guest services agent was informing you that there was space for two cars and not that there were two passes already included in your reservation? Regardless, we are glad that we were able to take care of the purchase. Thank you for the input on the AC; we are checking that now. We hope to have the opportunity of hosting you in the future.

Looked just like the listing photos. Very cute decor; clean. Listing says sleeps 8 but that’s 2 people per bed if so. My husband and I took the king, 2 teens in the room with 2 queens, another teen in the loft, child on an air mattress. This is 3rd level, so 3 flights of stairs but there is an elevator at the other end. This condo does not offer any beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc) so bring your own or be prepared to rent. This condo also does not offer use of kayaks or paddle boards (even though it is listed as an activity), so again, bring your own or be prepared to rent. Host was very good at communicating. Check in & out was simple. Walk to the beach just takes maybe 2 minutes- right across the street. Very close to everything (convenience store, coffee, food, etc) The pier/dock on the lagoon has porch swings and outdoor dining seating. Nice views of the lagoon. Unit was quiet and we couldn’t hear neighbors. Pool was nice and had a view of the lagoon. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. Overall we enjoyed this condo, especially the vibes and whimsical decor.
