Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash used dishes/utensils prior to check out Drying Matt and rack located under sink cupboard. Please clean up any split liquids off the wooden flooring immediately.
No food or drink on bed or linens. Strip bedding and place used linens and towels into laundry hamper located behind slider doors adjacent to bathroom.
Disposal of garbage and recycling located just to the right at top of rear driveway open gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place is very clean and tidy with unexpectedly good amenities. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the bus stop. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Walking distance to Lonsdale Quay clean and very relaxing, all the things you need to feel comfortable at home. Very responsive and friendly would love to come back here! Coffee and tea was a nice extra as well.

Great location for our visit. My preference would have been a queen bed (there is a double) since we stayed for a full week. Darker blinds are necessary as it is quite bright in the middle of the night from streetlights. Otherwise, it was very clean and good communication with the host. Easy walks to restaurants and shops.

Great location, perfect home base for the activities we had planned. Clean & comfy - host was very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for Check in & check out. The only thing to be aware of is parking on the street is 2hr limit between 9am - 9pm and usually full at night. We didn’t mind walking a bit to find a spot. Absolutely would stay here again!!

A lovely property, perfectly clean and full of thoughtful details. From the tasteful art and decor, to the fully kitted out kitchen, to the stocked toiletries and quality towels, this place had it all. Tania was very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Nice, clean property on a bus route. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. There were plenty of hangers in the closet for a change. Maybe have a notebook or other way to post instructions about the thermostat, Wi-Fi password, etc., & other things guests routinely need to know.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand new and beautiful studio appartment. The place was very clean, comfy, convenient and well thought out. Tania had the room stocked with all the essentials and more. And it was easy and close since we were using public transportation! Would definitely recommend!

I cant say enough about Tania and her property. I took my son over for the Canada Qatar game and it was perfect for the two of us. Although on the North Vancouver side, it couldn't have been easier to get back and forth from the Big City side with the Sea Bus only about a 25 min walk from this stay or a 7 Uber ride. Tania's suite was clean and very brand new feeling. She was absolutely amazing with communication and direction. Had all the little extra amenities needed for the night. I will be returning to stay here again.
