Short walk to the beach or use the building pool/hot tub or just relax enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. You can walk the kids to Family Kingdom amusement park next to the building or play miniature golf at courses across the street. 1.5 short blocks to the beach. Next to Waterpark/Amusement park Spectacular Ocean view balcony! Tennis courts, Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, and BBQ area in common area. TV in LR and 2 Bdrms w/ cable. Full Kitchen equipped w/ microwave and coffee machine. Washer/Dryer in unit. One free parking space. 2nd pass can be purchased for street parking. Looking forward to hosting your vacation. NO SENIOR WK RENTALS. Must be at least 25 to rent! Only one car allowed on premises. A 7-day visitor parking pass is available for $50 from the Lanier Parking Office in the Pavilion Parking Garage, Ninth Avenue North at Kings Highway.  The pass is good for seven consecutive days at all paid public parking area, but not in "decal only" parking areas.
