Welcome to this private entry affordable 4 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms typical old Vancouver bungalow style house in central Burnaby, 5 minutes to Metrotown, with 24 hour hot water supply, free laundry and wifi. This is for the entire house. Some places marked entire home usually only one floor and there are other guests on other floors.

Bus route 146, 147, 116, 100 are close by, Patterson Skytrain Station is about 20 min walking.

Free street parking and driveway parking.

All Bedroom: 1.5m queen size bed, bedding including pillows & bedding, desk & chair etc.

NO Parties. NO Smoking.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed, but need to approved by the host and reflected in reservation.

Water and snack are okay, but NO food or meal in the bedroom.
