The beach house offers sophisticated coastal living with great natural lighting & is tailored for families or couples. The Beach House spirit shines through three bedrooms and inviting living spaces designed for post-surf relaxation with private beach access. The well-equipped kitchen flows into an extended back porch - a perfect place for outdoor dining.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Primary Suite: California King bed with private ensuite bathroom

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed

• Kids’ Loft: Playful loft-style room with a full-size bed and additional sleeping space below.

Guest access
Guests enjoy the entire home, including the private patio and extended back porch. You will have full access to the guard-gated Seabluffe community’s premium amenities: two heated pools, a jacuzzi, tennis/pickleball courts, and a private staircase to the beach. A lush, manicured greenbelt sits directly behind the home, offering a safe, expansive "front yard" for kids to play under the coastal pines.
