This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking the bay—perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or sunset views. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, flowing seamlessly into a dining area that accommodates six, making it easy to gather while preparing and sharing meals. The property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room for additional flexibility. The primary bedroom boasts a recently renovated, spa-like ensuite bath complete with double sinks, a stunning standalone tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach—with a traffic light for easy crossing of Coastal Highway—this condo also offers practical amenities including two building elevators, free WiFi, multiple streaming TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the season. Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products; however, an optional linen package is available for rent, and can be delivered on arrival and picked up at departure, including sheet sets and towel sets sized for maximum occupancy. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property, and pets are not permitted. Group rentals for guests under 25 are not allowed.
