Harbour Towne 204D offers wonderful canal views from this spacious 2 BR 2 BA second floor condo. This condo is located near popular Ocean City restaurants and activities, including Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park, the famous Boardwalk and Inlet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the amply-sized balcony overlooking the Bahia Marina. Comfortably furnished, the condo has updated flooring in the living room and bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen for quick meals when you're on the go, and cable and wifi to keep you connected during your stay. Harbour Towne offers a bayfront outdoor pool to lounge when you're not making the quick 3 block walk to the beach. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom offers a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Guests must supply sheets, towels, and all soaps and paper products. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This unit rents from Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. One parking spot is assigned and 1 is unassigned; note there is no guarantee on the unassigned spot.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful location

This was our 3rd time staying in OCMD & first time on the bay! We absolutely loved it. Waking up to your backyard being a bay was breathtaking. Everything was within walking distance. The beach was 1 block away, but we brought a wagon which it easy to get everything to & from. We could walk to fish tales. It was on the same path as our place. My husband & son went out on the fishing boat & we did a family sunset cruise! All very reasonable & we could walk to it!!

We arrived on Saturday afternoon, check-in had a long line but moved very quickly. Once we arrived at the condo, we found no surprises. The condo was just as advertised. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every household appliance you could need. The only suggestion we have is to add room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, we give it 5 stars!

This condo was just wonderful!! It was large/spacious with really great amenities that made for a great vacation! I would highly recommend and would most certainly rent it again!

Would recommend. Few complaints the curtains in master bedroom should be room darkening the light that comes in at night seems like it’s day light. Both bedroom ceiling fans need to be attend to, very noisy. View is nice from deck just thought it would be a little more on the bay to get sunsets. Master bed comfortable. Seem to have enough kitchen supplies although we didn’t cook. Condo very spacious. Was clean. I like that the bedrooms were away from living area. 2nd floor of building so walkable unless you can’t do stairs. Seemed quite but not in season. I could see issues getting onto coastal Highway when busy.

We had a second floor 2 bd, 2 bath unit. Balcony overlooked a marina which we enjoyed very much. Nice size condo, very comfortable for the 4 of us. Good location. Overall very nearly perfect!
