Enter an open and bright main living area with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans. Large windows and a slider to the front deck create a welcoming space. The main living area has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative wood stove (not for tenant use). The large dining table has room for everybody. The nicely-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including a refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. A center island with counter seating provides additional workspace.

Just off the main living area is a den with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. A slider in the den opens to the deck. A hall off the den leads to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two has a king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom three has a queen bed and ceiling fan. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there are two other bathrooms off the hall--one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower.

A staircase leads to the lower level with a bedroom with three twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

The house has central air conditioning.

Washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor.

The deck at the front of the house has a dining table, lounge chairs and gas grill. Enclosed outdoor shower beneath the deck. Basketball hoop in the driveway.

Garage may be used for entry and storage of bikes. Cars not permitted in the garage.

No need for a beachsticker--enjoy the beautiful Cranberry Hill Association beach, only a 10-min walk or 3-min bike ride from the house.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
