The house was clean, well appointed and exactly as described - actually larger than we expected. The host communicated great and made sure we had what we need. The home backs up directly to a private-ish beach and was nice and quiet for families. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year to rent this home. It is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect location on the sand. However, there were a few items this time that need to be addressed. In the past, the living room and bedroom fireplaces worked and we used them every night. This year, none of the three fireplaces worked. For the second year in a row, the patio heaters didn’t work. We stay at 5 star resorts all over the world and this is definitely a luxury rental. With that, all items should be in working order. The shower heads had problems with water flow, but the management company was very responsive in addressing that issue. In our opinion, The 5 star experience should include full-size bath toiletries not sample sizes. It is also nice to make it feel homier by having large, luxury beach towels instead of smaller commercial towels with management company logo on them, as well as, thick, luxury bath towels with plenty for every bathroom. Those few things cheapened the experience somewhat from the previous year. Overall, this is an amazing house in a perfect location. The other comments are simply recommendations for improvement.
