The property was smaller than looked in the images. While there were enough heaters, it was a cold place, would recommend that investment in good curtains. There were also dirty towels left in the main bedrooms cupboards

Thanks for the Review and feedback, Sorry we did not check wardrobe for towels as we do leave a basket at top of stairs for dirty linen, will definitely be checking from now ,in case guests do not follow instructions. As for being small, there is seating for up to 5 guests and 3 bedrooms, your booking was only for 2, so should have been more than comfortable.
All the Best Emma and Ben
We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin.
