Our four bedroom two storey home has awesome views in one of the top suburbs in Dunedin. It is comfortably furnished and ready for your stay. Just a couple of minutes drive to St Clair beach with cafes & restaurants, saltwater pool, surfing etc. Only 10 minutes drive to the city centre.

Excellent Stay

Had a great time at St Clair with our two families of 4. Plenty of space inside, with the use of the downstairs (studio). View out of the living area is as advertised and we were treated to an overnight thunderstorm. Ample parking for two large vehicles. All the facilities that we would need. Would recommend

Wow, panoramic views of Dunedin

The house is an older style home ,but very clean and comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No need to visit any lookouts whilst in Dunedin, you won't find a more stunning view than this. The driveway and parking area, did take a little getting used to !!! Thanks Debbie and Wayne for great stay. From the group of 5 Senior Citizens from OZ. Patricia, Roy, Pegs, Brenda and Reg.

Great spot to stay

Rarely do you stay at a place where the listing is as accurate as this one. The photo in the listing is actually from the lounge room windows. Great stay. Would recommend

Awesome views

Very comfortable and spacious for just the two of us. Kitchen is fully loaded with untensils etc, comfy bed, great shower. Oh and the view! Sunrise especially a treat.

Amazing views and location!

We were so happy to stay in this property on the last stop of our South Island trip - the view that greeted us exceeded our expectations :)) The rooms and facilities were great (though a little shampoo and laundry liquid would have made it better), and the beds were very comfortable. If you are coming in a big vehicle like we did, we suggest just park on the street instead of trying to get into the driveway - it is very tight and not worth the trouble! We can't wait to come back to Dunedin!!

The house was old but clean & warm, well equipped except for lack of toiletries in bathrooms which is the norm today. (Some people are not equipped otherwise). Washing facilities excellent. Driveway is definitely a bit of a challenge. Unfortunately we had dense fog for the second day of our stay which spoilt it. Thank you Ron & Olive Adamson

Great View but sub par rental experience

When we walked in the property smelt mouldy. This wasn’t inviting as one of our group was suffering with bronchitis already. Having stayed in many Airbnb and stayz properties around the world, this one is the least inviting. Want a towel..get it yourself as they are in the line. Cupboard and they look like a bunch that you would find at grandmas, and they smell once you use them, there is the request to put the bins out. No problem. We did that but I would say they have t been out our for weeks. The washing machine in in a cupboard in the main bedroom and their is no dryer. Speaking of dryers, there is no hair dryer either. As requested we removed the bedding on leaving, but the pillows are terribly stained and should have been replaced years ago. I think tpwhen you have a fabulous view to offer people in a great location, the least you can do is to for,k out for decent thread count sheets and towels. In a house that sleeps 10, it would be ideal for a big family or friends to get together, but please improve the bedding, provide a dryer, a hair dryer and a dishwasher that wasjphes for more than 30 mins

View amazing. I found the drive way a challenge but the others didn’t. Room for 2 cars.

Clean. Heating and electric blankets if required. The only thing that wasn’t available was a hair dryer. Kitchen had everything one would require to cook a meal. The view was amazing. Carry all cot for the baby. Washing machine and outside line.

The house has plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. It was in a good location to access most of the tourist options. It was clean and warm and of course the view was spectacular especially at night.
