This condo was in great location, near Napili Beach and Bay, which was teeming with sea turtles, Manta Rays and fish. Great snorkeling and the unit had beautiful views! However, communication with the host (rental agency) was difficult, as many of the responses were automated, and I had a very difficult time getting direct and timely replies to questions. There were a couple of dirty towels left from previous guests and our stay was interrupted by pest control anbatement and water shut off. Overall it was okay but not as nice as I had hoped.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the great location near the beach, the beautiful views, and the snorkeling with turtles, rays, and fish. We’re sorry the stay wasn’t as smooth as hoped, especially with the communication delays, the towels issue, and the interruption from pest control and the water shutoff. We’re taking this seriously and will work on improving responsiveness and coordination so future stays feel more seamless.
