Fell in love with Kapiti coast and most particularly the adorably quaint and friendly beach village of Raumati ( meaning Summer). It truly is a little piece of paradise that never changes, staying the same beautiful place no matter the changes in the rest of the country and world.

What makes this property unique

We are animal lovers so welcome all fur babies when most others don’t. We are very well situated and walkable to everything and offer peace and beautiful leafy surroundings in a clean, modern apartment.
