This is such a lovely cottage! Walking around the neighbourhood was lovely - quiet streets and an old cemetery to explore. It is an easy drive to local attractions around the area. Just a quick drive to pop out to the grocery store if you need anything. There are lots of little areas in the cottage to curl up and read a book or relax. There are also lovely common areas, including a large dinningrooom table for dinner or playing games. Outside we enjoyed the sun on the sandy beach area, and could get out of the wind in the Muskoka chairs. The sunsets were beautiful. The cottage was clean. The sheets were so comfortable. We could open the windows at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We did go swimming, but it was much nicer to take the short drive and go down to Ipperwash to swim there. It was just perfect for our little reunion.PS (Coffee maker is a Keurig, not a coffee pot. And the hosts do provide some pods.)
