Mar de Cortez Studio 1 is a San Felipe Vacation Rental located in a beautiful building just one street away from the San Felipe Malecon — right in the heart of all the activity, yet a short walk away from the noise when you want peace and quiet. The studio includes a kitchenette and a fridge for preparing home-cooked meals. A swimming pool is available for lounging, or you can head to the Malecon and take a dip in the Sea of Cortez. With over 40 restaurants within easy walking distance, plus many bars and the Rockodile Club for dancing, you'll never run out of options. Shopping plazas and a Bancomer ATM are nearby. Fishing charters depart from the Malecon for yellowtail and other catches — the captain can clean your fish for barbecuing at home or a nearby restaurant. Banana boats, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding are also available. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
