San Felipe Casa Mar Vista ::: Luxury beach home

You can stay in our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” located in the prestigious gated
community of VILLA DE LAS PALMAS only steps from the beach access and 2 miles from downtown San Felipe.
Our home is only 3 years old and approximately 3000 sq ft. One of the amenities includes a huge
terrace with breathtaking views. This gorgeous home is steps from the water with beach access. The
house has a single entrance which is then divided into two separate and private self contained units
with attached oversized garage.

THE LOWER unit includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and patio.
The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also fully
furnished with a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The living
room includes a convertible bed and satellite TV/DVD. This unit has a small private patio with a BBQ
and access to the oversized garage/laundry area.

The UPPER unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private
balcony. This unit includes two fully furnished master bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and
queen sized beds. The third bedroom also fully furnished has a set of bunk beds and a queen size
bed. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped (amenities listed below). Enjoy amazing views
from every room on this floor. Table, chairs and BBQ on the large balcony are great for enjoying the
gorgeous sunrises every morning and a magnificent sunset from the terrace!

Our TERRACE has a 360 degree view where you can see the Marina, downtown San Felipe, a distant view
of the airport towers, gorgeous views of the desert and an endless view of the Sea of Cortez. This
HUGE terrace is furnished with tables, chairs a BBQ and a restroom.


Both units have central A/C, heating and fully equipped “Gourmet Kitchens”. Including but not
limited to, oven, blender, toaster, dishwasher, satellite TV with DVD/CD players. In the attached
oversized GARAGE you will find a washer and dryer plus plenty of room for your vehicles and or toys.

Just steps away on the beach the local “Refreshment Truck” comes to you! Serving a variety of
tropical drinks and ice cream, names just a few. They will bring you an ice cold pina coloda served
in your own coconut!! We hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation in
our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” we know you too will fall in love.

We stayed at Casa Del Mar this past weekend. The house was in excellent condition, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It is located on the second row from the sea, just a minute’s walk to the beach, with nearby steps leading down to the water. From the third-floor terrace there is a beautiful view of San Felipe and the ocean, a perfect spot to relax and spend time together. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and we had no issues at all. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Highly recommended for a vacation in San Felipe.

Close enough but far enough

Close enough to downtown San Felipe yet far enough to escape to a quieter beach area. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The closest beach access was damaged in a recent storm but you could access just a little further down the road. Would rent again.

Amazing time

We had an amazing stay here. The property was located just steps from the beach. It was well stocked. Everyone was amazed at the views. If you have a chance to stay here I highly recommend an early morning wake up to view the sunrise. Dora was nice enough to remind us of this. It was a beautiful view enjoyed by all. Dora was easy to communicate with as was the housekeeper, Fatima. They were both great at accommodating my special request.

Great house for big families or groups!

We had an amazing stay. This house was a lifesaver. We came to San Felipe to camp but the weather was terrible. Dora let us see the house and move in the same day. Everyone in our group (11 adults and 4 kids) was totally comfortable. The downstairs living room and kitchen were a huge bonus. The kids took it over and had a blast while the adults relaxed upstairs. The roof deck has a great view of the city and the Sea of Cortez. Beach access is right out the front door and the beach was clean and uncrowded. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dora!

quick and fast

last minute trip me abd my family took and they had it covered for it all !! plenty of room for me and everyone we took!! they had it like a normal house to you can make food yourself every pot to make them as well. you have a bathtub for a special moment . there is also a top to everyone can enjoy outside and maybe drink or hang out late to look at the stars it is a great spot to get!

Dona was excellent with her communication, and timeliness on questions. House was large and spacious. Nice location close to town. The house sits one street behind other places but still an ocean view, steps from the beach and a great rooftop area for hanging out, bbq, ocean viewing and sunrises. We will definitely return if we have a large group. Only negative and not a knock on Dona was that the top back bedrooms had some road noise due to right on the highway. Just something that you can get used to. Thanks again Dona for the nice place!
