Casa Tom expertly blends the vibrant culture of Downtown San Felipe with the peaceful tranquility of the beach. This 1,600 square foot San Felipe Vacation Rental has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep up to fifteen guests comfortably.

Newly built in 2020, this beautiful home features an expansive outdoor entertaining space with a BBQ and shady lounge area, plus a large iron gate surrounding the property for privacy.

Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl plank flooring, a flat-screen TV, a formal dining table seating six, and a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and two large sinks.

The master bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bed, sharing a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plenty of parking is available for two vehicles.

Located just five minutes from downtown San Felipe, this home puts you close to local restaurants, boutique shops, and the beach. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
