Rooftop patio with Wi-Fi gives you amazing views of Downtown Austin. Your own personal patio attached to the condo, fantastic gym in the building, and 24-hour concierge on site. There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Large living area with small dining table behind the couch. There is also a workspace near the floor to ceiling window. Large patio for you to enjoy the cool nights in Austin. The building is super secure requiring a fob to enter at most times and all elevators are operated by fob only 24/7. There is also 24/7 security on site.
Guest will have access to the entire condo, the rooftop patio, the gym, and all common areas of the building.
