Five long time friends came together for a long weekend in a beautiful setting. The condo was picture perfect with an amazing ocean front view. The outdoor adirondack rocking chairs on the balcony was our favorite place to hang out. Everything is right there - ocean, pool, restaurants and shops. We would love to come back.

The condo really is beautifully renovated with a wonderful shower in the primary bathroom and comfortable living room furniture. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are beautiful and the Sea Colony amenities are wonderful - a big heated pool right in front. The hosts were fast and friendly communicators and gracious hosts. Our suggestion would be to replace the beds in the primary bedroom and 2nd (back) bedroom, which could be more comfortable (the bed in the primary bedroom was lumpy on one side). We would also suggest noting the additional Sea Colony amenity/recreation charges which are mandatory for all guests staying at Sea Colony and added an additional 275 to our week that we weren’t expecting. These charges are not up to the host, but it would be good to give guests a heads up in the listing. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the condo and really enjoyed our week in Bethany! Thank you for having us.

The condo was as beautiful as the description. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we enjoyed the wrap around balcony. It was quite windy when we visited, so it was nice to to be able to sit on the street side when the wind was too much. We had a wonderful stay.

Great property and condo. Very clean. Cool master bathroom shower. Didn't know the outside pools were heated which was nice for May temps. Cristina was very responsive and easy to work with.couldn't get Ceiling fan in one bedroom to work. no spare sheets for pullout beds.I do wish the recreation passes were built into the price and you could pay per day. They cost too much for guests only staying a few days and are mandatory even though we would have preferred not to have them. Also makes trip more expensive for big families.the positives definitely outweigh the negatives and we would stay again.

The home is beautiful, as advertised or better. It is comfortably, clean, and has sweeping views of the ocean. It is a busy location particularly on a summer weekend so check-in (through no fault of the owner) add at least 15-20 minutes (45 minutes in our case).
