Bethany Beach cottage with an ocean view

Please note that this is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental only, while you are welcome to rent for multiple weeks. The "Gray House" is a two-story, five-bedroom house with an ocean view a half a block back from the beach and four blocks from downtown. It has a screened porch and a sunroom on the front of the house, and a deck and ground-level deck in the back with two outdoor showers, a 10-ft. picnic table with an umbrella, an area for grilling and a large sandbox under the house.

First floor: The bottom floor has spacious rooms and an open plan, in which the kitchen opens to the dining room and the dining room to the living room. The kitchen has a table with four chairs and a counter with five barstools that backs onto the dining room. The dining room seats 10 for large gatherings. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub next to it at the back of the house off a small corridor.

Second floor: There are four-bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed, two with twin beds and a fourth with bunk beds. All have chairs and sitting areas. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a tub and a half bathroom next to it on this floor.
