I had to wait outside on sidewalk for 1.5 hours due to poor check in instructions. The address on Adelaide St is not where you check in . All they would have to do is borrow cardboard & marker from the homeless outside the security gate & make a sign. This is the type of place you rent rooms by the hour .One elevator out of order . Bugs in ceiling fixture . VRBO or Expedia never could get anyone on the phone . What a start to a vacation. If you rent this place you may want to check that there are no cameras in the bedroom. Check out instructions gave me the order to wash dishes . Why are we paying a cleaning fee ? Mike S.
