Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We arrived late at night to a place full of gnats and found one large dead bug. I reached out to Evolve mgt company about refund considering place was full of bugs. Evolve sent lots of messages ( likely AI generated) but only resolution was refund of cleaning fee. Don’t stay here as obviously Evolve mgt company doesn’t inspect the place after “cleaning” and really doesn’t care about customer. In future I will only stay at places where I rent directly with owner.
