Beautifully renovated, mid-modern apartment, thoughtfully designed for the professional/sophisticated visitor to Washington. Though it is a ground floor level apartment in historic townhouse, this spacious apartment features high 9' ceilings, recessed lighting, exposed brick, light walls, good natural light and a large open kitchen/living room, which gives it a bright and open feeling. All new porcelain wood floors, open full Bosch kitchen and bath with an exposed brick walk in shower, round out the thoughtful details in making this a comfortable and desirable retreat.

Great Stay in Dupont Circle

Our second time at this great apartment in Dupont Circle. Everything was as we expected - clean, comfortable and super easy to get around D.C. Charlotte was very responsive. We would recommend to others.

A lovely apartment in excellent location

The facilities and location were excellent. We were able to cook meals easily as one of the part has a food allergy so avoided eating out too much. We really appreciated the washing machine as we had a total of 9 nights in USA. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Only draw back was entry to property as owner hadn't rest entry code when we arrived which was past allocated earliest entry time and we were left at door until cleaner who was running late eventually opened door after 15 minutes wait. Then day before departure the code changed and we had trouble getting in again. It would have been good to have had some local information provided such as local farmer market held on a Sunday morning and also instructions about setting air con etc as only information left was local restaurant menus.

Great Location for a DC Getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay at this DuPont Circle apartment! The location couldn't be better! Just a block or so away from the Metro, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go with the Metro. The apartment itself is so cute, and well kept. The kitchen had every amenity you could need to cook, and a nice sized washer and dryer. While it is obviously an older (historic) building, you can tell that it has been updated and renovated. We had a great stay here, and would recommend it!

The perfect place for a holiday in DC. Best location, proximity to metro & bus, great restaurants nearby. No need to bring a car into DC! Excellent accommodations!
