Renter be aware - there are no pictures of the exterior, front lawn was overgrown, backyard what ever worse with two run down sheds and if you’re bringing a dog, the yard is not fenced in or a place you’d really be able to let your dog venture. Please be aware the upstairs has a single vent and so even with the main level ice cold, anyone sleeping on the second floor will be sweating even with the AC bumping. There are also no doors in either bedroom on the second level so whoever is sweating up there together best be very comfortable with each other. Both of these issues were raised with the hosts and the response was condescending and justification being the pictures made it obvious there were no doors - and hence this review. In the end, we didn’t even stay, had to book somewhere else bc the property wouldn’t work given the conditions above and so leaving the most honest review I can. They did let me check in an hour early, were prompt to respond, and the main level shows well - though the room with the love-seat also has no door so be aware if you’re thinking of using it for other guests. And new should actually say recently renovated - this very clearly an old house that had been renovated, evidenced by the subpar HVAC system.
