This home is suitable for couples, families or groups. There are six spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Five of the bedrooms have king beds, and the sixth has two single bunkedbeds. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

This stylish new home boasts luxury fittings and features throutghout. It includes a high-end kitchen, air-conditioning, and a generous laundry with commercial appliances.

Kitchen.
A brand new, fully-equipped modern kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. There is a barista-standard coffee machine, and teppanyaki hotplate.

Entertainment.
You'll never find yourself short of something to do in this well-equipped home, which features a heated plunge pool, sauna, ice bath, range of board games, and Bang & Olufsen sound system.

Two new four-seater buggies are available for your exlusive use during your stay.

Mobility access.
This home features a private lift and is suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

Buggy.
This property includes 2x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.

You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
