We have fitted out this renovated condo with care so that the whole family can comfortably stay up to 6 people:

✦ Second bedroom (2nd floor): queen bed, large storage, smart TV with Apple TV.
✦ Living room: large sofa convertible into a queen bed, smart TV with Netflix access, indoor fireplace for chilly evenings and panoramic views of the lake Tremblant.
✦ Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, food essentials, Magic Bullet mixer and children's dishes.
✦ 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor.
✦ Outdoor terrace with furniture, electric BBQ and sublime views of Lake Tremblant and Mont-Tremblant.
✦ Private garage #488 that can accommodate 2 vehicles (1 inside + 1 in front of the door).

🐾 PETS: Not allowed (building rules)

🔇 NOISE: Quiet hours after 10pm. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited.

📺 TELEVISION: Living room = basic channels. 2nd floor bedroom = Apple TV (Netflix, etc.)

🔥 FIREPLACE: Logs not provided. Use only DURAFLAME eco-friendly logs (Canadian Tire, Walmart, Rona).

🍖 BBQ: Not accessible from November to April without prior snow removal. Close the propane valve after each use.

🎿 SKI ACCESS: This is not a ski-in/ski-out location. The shuttle to the village is accessible on foot from the condo.

🏖️ LAC TREMBLANT: No direct private access. Public beach 3 min drive or 20 min walk.

🐞 LADYBUGS: In spring and fall, it is possible to come across a few ladybugs in search of warmth. Totally harmless!

Fantastic first-time host! The property offers incredible views, effortless check-in, and a great location that’s just a short drive from town and ski village. Everything listed was accurate, though it’s worth noting the A/C is specific to one upstairs bedroom. Overall, a lovely stay and a great home base and highly recommended!
