About this property

Short walk to pedestrian village. Hiking, biking, swimming, golf, nature, etc

Our spacious, fully equipped two-bedroom condo backs on to the Le Géant golf course and is just a 10-minute walk to Tremblant's picturesque pedestrian village with shops, restaurants, night life, etc. In summer, relax by the beautifully maintained, three-tiered swimming pool and jacuzzi (open from late June to early Sept). You're also surrounded by miles and miles of hiking trails, paved bike paths and mountain-biking trails.

In winter, the ski trail is steps from your door: just put on your skis and glide down to the Porte du Soleil chairlift. Or take advantage of the free resort shuttle service. The shuttle stops beside our building and drops you off at the top of the village in just a few minutes.

We love Tremblant and want to make sure you do too. And our prices offer great value.

Inside, you will find a spacious, turret-style living room with an impressive stone fireplace and four large windows facing east, south and west. The dining area features a large table that seats six, and sliding glass doors to the interlocking brick patio. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a spacious second bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. A washing machine and dryer make it easy to catch up on laundry during your stay. And of course: unlimited free wireless internet.

The bedroom windows face the mountain and the pedestrian village. The living and dining rooms, as well as the patio, overlook a small wooded area of birch and maple trees and the 17th fairway of Le Géant golf course. The condo is an end unit so you benefit from windows on three sides and a high degree of seclusion from neighbouring properties. We particularly appreciate the fact that the property is set on a bluff - you don't see or hear cars driving in or out of the neighbourhood.

There are queen-sized beds in each of the two bedrooms, plus a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room. The brick patio includes a table and chairs and a propane barbecue.

A large storage locker for bikes, skis and snowboards is right outside your door.

Guests in the summer enjoy free access to a variety of Les Manoirs amenities. A three-minute stroll brings you to a beautifully maintained three-level heated outdoor swimming pool and 12-person jacuzzi (open from late June to early September). There are bike paths, pedestrian walkways and hiking trails throughout the area. Guests in July and August also enjoy free access to a private sandy beach and picnic area on Lac Tremblant, just minutes away.

We spent a week at this spotlessly clean, well appointed house and had a great time! The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals, the walk to the village was reasonably short, and the snow clearing was very efficient. Highly recommend!

Great stay for our ski week.

First visit and ski trip to Mont Tremblant for our family of 4 which includes 2 x 13year old teenagers. Condo is very comfortable, well appointed, warm and cozy with fire place and foyer for shoes and coats. We were able to ski out directly from condo using a trail that connects to chair lift. We also used it to walk to tremblant village (10 mins). On the way back you have to time your return with the free shuttle during afternoons. Host was nice and sent me some useful links. We loved our 1-week ski stay at the Manoir and I recommend it warmly. Thanks Ross!

Great Stay, loved the deer!

The place was wonderful. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we loved the main floor deck with the daily deer visits. It was very hot during our three day visit but it cooled down at night and we slept very comfortably. The shuttle dropped us off right out front. The pool area was very nice and a short walk. The path to village was right across from the condo and took only 12 minutes. We saw a doe and her fawn on the pathway. We went during the Blues Festival so it was busy everywhere but the condo was quiet and a great place to wind down.

Wonderful 10 days at this perfectly located condo. Ground floor with a patio, made it easier to put our snowshoes on and immediately start our adventures. Trails abound. Able to walk to ski village in 15 minutes. Completely equipped with good stock of basic supplies. 2nd time staying in Ross and Deirdre's home and we hope to return. Communication is immediate.

Wonderful Condo for our family

Just as the title said this condo was a perfect fit for our family. The two bedrooms provided ample room to sleep and the condition of the condo was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and having wifi and Apple TV to use was pleasant and useful feature to have (cartoons on demand for your toddler is such a luxury to have). In the evenings when we were not enjoying the pedestrian village night life we had great relaxing time on the patio watching the wildlife (deer, wild turkeys) walk across the golf fairway behind the condo. The walk to the Village is approximately 10min, for new visitors to this Condo I recommend talking the path that is just beside the little cul-de sac outside the front of the condo units. We did not recognize that this trail took you directly to the village until near the end of our trip and it was an easier path to take versus walking down the streets/roads. Thanks to the owners/hosts as they were very prompt in providing instructions and welcoming emails. We never had any issues during our stay so we never had to contact the owners, but they left me with the impression that they were always available if we needed them, as they provided both email and phone number contact information. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone travelling to Mon Tremblant, especially for those who want to be able to experience the pedestrian village and be able to escape to their own peaceful place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the village.

wonderful week in Tremblant

We stayed for almost a week during the first week of July at this rental and as the ad says, it was the PERFECT spot for our family! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, large beds, 2 bathrooms, closets, washing machine and dryer, soap, cleaning detergents, extra bedding, internet, tv, netflix... Convenient location, we walked to the pedestrian village everyday (even several times back and forth) with my 8-month old baby. It is close to downtown Mont-Tremblant, the pedestrian village and some really good restaurants. The condo was clean, beds and sofas super comfortable. The condo is cozy and yet very spacious, we even had guests over for the weekend and had a great time indoors, as it was raining outside. There's a bbq and chairs to sit outside but we didn't get to use them. I guess the only negative point is that the outdoors space is near a golf course and we had 2 balls that came our way. So, I chose not to sit outside with my baby. But that certainly isn't a reason not to chose this place because it was perfect in every other possible way. My husband loves to play golf and the area is surrounded with golf courses during the summer, (so it was convenient for him). We were surrounded with beautiful nature and scenery (we even saw a few deers in the forest, which my son loved!!) There were a lot of walking and biking trails which we took several times a day. It is truly the perfect spot to get out of the city and spend some time in the midst of nature to relax. I can say that the owners had really thought of everything, and were very helpful and prompt with all kind of inquiries we had. I would honestly go back anytime!

The location can not be beat!

Walking Distance to the village. Easy access to many walking/running/biking trials. Surrounded by nature. During our visit - last week of May. Extremely peaceful. Kitchen is very well appointed if you like to cook. And a very cozy environment to enjoy. Ross is so easy to reach for questions. We had to reach out twice and got an email reply ASAP. We are a professional couple who live in Ottawa. We fell in love with Tremblant years ago and always dreamed of having a vacation home there. In 2011 we purchased a one-bedroom condo in Les Manoirs, which we still own and rent out. We love the location and enjoy the experience of interacting with guests, so in 2016 we decided to purchase this two-bedroom property in the same area.

Why they chose this property

The Mont-Tremblant area combines a beautiful, natural environment with great restaurants, bars and shopping. Depending on the time of year, you can spend your day hiking, biking, swimming, playing golf ... or downhill and cross-country skiing, skating, snowshoeing ... you name it! There's always something to do outdoors. And when the sun goes down, take your pick of restaurants, bistros and bars.

What makes this property unique

Les Manoirs is a beautifully maintained development that is close to all the action, yet peaceful and family-friendly. It's just a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian village, nestled amid lush forests and the spectacular Le Geant golf course - at night, you can hear a pin drop!
