This second floor studio condo in the marina area of Cabo San Lucas offers a bright and functional layout with relaxing ocean and marina views, ideal for a comfortable and well-located stay.



Bedroom & Bathroom

The king bed with soft linens, extra pillows, and blankets sits in the open sleeping area with direct access to the balcony and marina views. The bathroom includes a shower, double vanity, towels, shampoo, and basic toiletries are provided.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The living area is comfortable and bright, with natural light coming through the balcony doors and a Smart TV for winding down after a day out. The dining table works equally well for meals or catching up on emails, conveniently placed near the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home — stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware and utensils.



Outdoor Amenities

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about 28 miles away, and drive times vary depending on traffic. Free street parking is available nearby. The marina area is highly walkable, with restaurants and shops just minutes away, and taxis are easy to find.



Other Things to Note:

Booking Requirements:

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

- A government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested again during the stay for identity verification.

- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property—no unregistered visitors.

- Pets are strictly prohibited inside the unit, in all common areas, and in the pool, jacuzzi, and grill areas.

- Trash must be taken out daily and disposed of in the designated bins located in the hallway. Use tightly sealed bags and do not leave garbage in corridors, walkways, or stairs.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.

- Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Smoking is not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, or grill areas.

- Violation of smoking or drug policies will result in a $300 USD penalty.

- Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM.

- Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Walking through common areas under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.

- Fighting, aggressive behavior, insults, and offensive language are not tolerated in any area.

- Use of external speakers is not allowed in pool or jacuzzi areas; headphones are recommended.

- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.

- The jacuzzi is for adult use only; children are not allowed in the jacuzzi.

- Diving into the pool or jacuzzi is not permitted.

- Glass containers and plates are prohibited in the pool and jacuzzi areas.

- Be courteous and respectful to all employees and residents.

- Guests must clean and properly maintain the grill area after use.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

- When using the grill/BBQ area, it must be left in good condition and clean.

- Extra cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition.

- All furniture and condominium facilities must be used with care, keeping cleanliness and order.

- Drive slowly and carefully within the condominium complex.

- Condominium Management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these rules. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible party.
